At F-Number Photography, a studio specialized in professional photography and cinematography with a focus on weddings, events and premium audiovisual projects, we work under standards of excellence, transparency and absolute commitment to our clients. These general policies regulate the provision of our services, ensuring a clear, safe and professional relationship between the client and our team.

Our services include photography, video, pre-wedding, post-wedding, full event coverage, lifestyle sessions, content production, professional editing and final delivery in digital and/or physical formats. Any additional service will be considered as an extra and must be requested in advance.

Scope of Services

To confirm a date, it is essential to: Sign the corresponding contract. Payment of the initial deposit indicated in the quotation. Express acceptance of these general policies. Dates are not blocked without these requirements.

Reserves and Contracts

The customer undertakes to comply with the established payment deadlines. Amounts paid for reservations are non-refundable. Conditions: Payment divided according to the contract (reservation, second payment, final payment). All material is delivered only when full payment has been completed. Extras added later will be invoiced separately.

3. Payments and Economic Conditions

We understand that unforeseen events may arise; however, to ensure professional organization: Date changes are subject to availability. Cancellations by the client do not entitle the client to a refund of the reservation. If cancellation occurs less than X days before the event (as per contract), an additional charge for damages may apply.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

Delivery times will vary depending on the type of project. The usual turnaround time for weddings, sessions and audiovisual projects is detailed in each contract. Considerations: In peak seasons, lead times may be extended. Express or priority deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. Minor revisions or changes to the material are done once, unless additional agreements are made.

5. Delivery Time

All material created by F-Number Photography is protected by intellectual property laws. The client obtains a license for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes (web, social media, portfolio), unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the event. The delivery of RAW files is not contemplated, except for specific and invoiced agreements.

6. Image Rights and Intellectual Property

To guarantee an optimal result, the client must provide the appropriate working conditions: Access to the event site for the technical team. Respect for the professional indications of the photographer/videographer. Safety of the team and technical equipment. If there are any restrictions at the location (churches, hotels, farms, etc.), the client must communicate them in advance.

7. Behavior and Conditions During the Event

F-Number Photography is not responsible for delays or impossibilities caused by: - Extreme weather problems - Location restrictions - Third party problems - Serious illness or emergencies In case of actual force majeure, an equivalent professional will be assigned or will proceed with the solutions detailed in the contract.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

All information provided by the customer will be treated confidentially, in accordance with the RGPD. We do not share data with third parties without express authorization.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The contracting of any F-Number Photography service implies full acceptance of these General Policies and the terms included in the corresponding contract.
