We have a multidisciplinary team and we always have backup photographers and videographers. In case of any unforeseen event, we guarantee that there will be professionals from our team available to cover your wedding with the same style and quality that characterizes us.
It is best to book at least 9 to 12 months in advance, especially if your wedding is in high season. Remember that we only do one wedding per day, so dates tend to fill up quickly.
To secure the date only requires the signature of a contract and the payment of 30% of the chosen package. In this way, the date will be blocked exclusively for you.
Yes, you can pay in easy installments: a first payment of 30% at the time of booking, another intermediate percentage (if you need it) and the rest up to one week before the wedding.
In case we have to move the date, we will do our best to relocate you at no additional cost, as long as the new date is available. If the new date is not available, you can use the amount paid as credit for another service with us.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In case of cancellation, the initial 30% deposit is refundable, as long as it is made 7 months in advance of the date, as it secures your date, but we will always seek to offer fair or flexible alternatives on a case by case basis.
We like to get to know you first. We can schedule a face-to-face meeting, a video call or even a coffee in our studio. In that meeting we talk about your ideas, solve doubts and advise you on which package fits best with your wedding.

Yes, the coverage is approximately 10 hours from the arrangements to the party. If you need more time, you can always add extra hours. Our philosophy is to be present at key moments without interrupting the natural rhythm of the wedding.
After the event, we select and edit each photo and video in detail. Within an agreed period of time, you will receive your private online gallery and the materials included in your package (album, trailer, videos, etc.), guaranteeing the highest quality in each delivery.

Depending on the pack, we deliver between 700 and 2,000 high quality photos, ready to print and share. In video, we include pieces such as trailer, cinematic video and summary of the day, delivered in HD/4K digital format through a private gallery and, depending on the pack, in physical media.
Yes, we use AI as support in photography and video to optimize editing times, but the final finish is always reviewed by our team. The artistic look and the F-Number style remain the basis of each delivery.
The delivery time is usually 14 to 18 weeks after the wedding. In the higher packs we even offer the option of same day editing, to project a video during the celebration or deliver an immediate preview of your reportage.
